About the Team AlphaSense Marketing is a revenue and pipeline-focused marketing team that encompasses demand generation, product marketing, corporate communications, PR / AR, brand, customer marketing, content marketing, and events. At our core, we’re here to support AlphaSense’s growth, which we do by contributing to pipeline and revenue; developing a brand that’s widely known to the markets we serve; and encouraging user engagement both within our product and with our brand. About the Role We’re looking for a seasoned, highly technical product marketer to own AlphaSense’s most technical product areas, covering our API, cloud hosting, and security-related launches. In this role, you’ll shape the positioning and messaging that differentiates AlphaSense in the market. You’ll drive impactful go-to-market strategies, ensuring that our technical value proposition is a sustainable competitive edge and maintains critical technical credibility in every enterprise deal. You’ll enable our teams to deepen customer engagement amongst executives and technical buyers, such as AI and IT leaders. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing to influence roadmap priorities, launch new features, and create product narratives that accelerate pipeline and adoption. Responsibilities Define clear, compelling positioning and messaging for AlphaSense’s API, cloud, and security-related features by leveraging deep market, product, and customer insights. Partner with Solution Marketing to build targeted programs that highlight the security and extensibility of the platform, driving customer confidence during high-stakes renewals and enterprise-wide expansions. Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure launches include the necessary technical content (e.g. technical FAQs, architecture diagrams, and security white papers) required for market readiness. Be an expert on product adoption and ROI, providing actionable insights to Product Management to refine roadmap and solution evolution. Collaborate with Customer Lifecycle, Sales, and Customer Success to optimize customer journeys that drive effective customer engagement and retention. Partner with Enablement to create and equip Sales and Customer Success teams with differentiated product narratives, custom demos, and competitive battlecards that articulate AlphaSense’s unique value. Conduct market and buyer research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence used to inform product strategy and Solution Marketing efforts. Partner with Content teams to create executive-level thought leadership and solution-focused content, including case studies and long-form assets, that elevate AlphaSense’s market position. Translate complex product features into compelling benefits tailored to segment-specific use cases, connecting product-specific workflows to measurable customer outcomes. Partner with Customer Lifecycle, Enablement, and Solution Marketing teams to build targeted programs and enablement assets to support upsell, cross-sell, and retention, driving customer expansion across priority segments. Who You Are 6-8+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with a proven track record of building positioning, messaging, and launch strategies for complex enterprise software or AI solutions.
