What's the opportunity? At Fin you'll be a Systems Engineer in IT, working on evolving our IT infrastructure with a focus on deliverability, identity & access management and compliance. What will I be doing? Build and own automations. Design efficient, maintainable automations across identity & access management, endpoint management, security, compliance and corporate email deliverability, using AI tooling and no-code platforms like Tines and Workato. Evolve corporate IT infrastructure. Take part in high-impact cross-organisational projects to integrate and expand our infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on infrastructure-as-code. Champion automation and AI adoption. Govern and promote adoption through enablement and education, eliminating friction and toil and lead impact across the organisation in line with our values. Evaluate and adopt new tooling early. Trial emerging features and products, including as beta testers, to optimise how the organisation works. Strengthen security posture. Drive IT incident response alongside InfoSec and engineering and partner with InfoSec on corporate and AI security standards, risk management and data protection for business-critical workflows. What skills do I need? First and foremost, you must have a passion for systems and automation and the desire to develop your skills in a fast-moving company! Having experience with iPaaS platforms and enterprise email deliverability are a plus. You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer and possess great problem-solving skills with the ability to challenge assumptions by making data-driven discoveries and finding corresponding solutions. You have good knowledge of a high-level programming language, e.g. Ruby, Python, Perl etc… Note that the language doesn’t have to be one that we use here! You have experience building and operating systems in the cloud, without a traditional corporate network perimeter. Our primary IT infrastructure is built on AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, Intune, Tines and Workato. Nice to have: You have built robust, scalable integrations between billing and an ERP system, preferably Netsuite. *Proof of eligibility to work in the United States is required. The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $142,000 - $162,000. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
