Apply for this role What you'll do Support onboarding and documentation for new joiners Help run engagement, feedback and review cycles Maintain HR records and policy documentation Work inside Vestval People and suggest product improvements Help with policy drafts and internal communications Support hiring coordination alongside talent acquisition Required skills Organized, discreet and reliable with sensitive information Strong written communication Comfort with HR tools and spreadsheets Bonus: HR coursework or prior internship Preferred / bonus Exposure to one HRMS platform (Vestval People or others) Basic understanding of Indian labour and statutory norms Process orientation — checklists, SOPs, runbooks Who should apply People-oriented candidates who want to learn modern, systems-driven HR — not just admin work. Months 0–3 Own onboarding for new joiners and HR documentation hygiene. Months 3–6 Run one engagement or review cycle end-to-end. Year 1 (HR Executive) Own a vertical: onboarding, engagement, or operations. Years 2+ HR generalist or specialist track (L&D, ops, business partnering).
