THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a Head of DevOps to own the platforms, infrastructure and delivery pipelines that let us ship software securely and reliably for our clients — from development through to the production systems we run on their behalf. This is a senior leadership role with a global remit, spanning our regional DevOps teams. You'll report to the Executive Vice President, Engineering, build and lead the function, set the standard every engineering team builds against, and be accountable for the reliability, security, and cost transparency of a large, multi-region cloud estate. You'll stay technical enough to review architecture credibly and make the right calls, but this is a leadership role first: your job is multiplying a team's output, not shipping code yourself. Some travel comes with the role — visiting the wider team in the UK from time to time — but not extended stints away from home.
