Role Description Support SAP S/4HANA Procurement across P2P, Invoicing, Vendor Master Data and Accounts Payable. Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Coordinate stakeholders across Procurement, Finance and Technology. Support data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT, cutover and hypercare. Track risks, defects and dependencies and drive issue resolution. Support process documentation, training and continuous improvement. Skills and Expertise A successfully completed university degree Fluent English (German is a big advantage) Good understanding of end-to-end P2P and SAP S/4HANA Procurement/AP. Experience with data migration, validation and reconciliation. Knowledge of SAP Ariba and integrations (CIG, APIs, IDocs). Experience with Agile delivery, testing and deployment. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Awareness of automation and AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
