Associate Director - Infrastructure and Architecture

Become a part of our caring community We are seeking an Associate Director of Infrastructure and Architecture who will lead the engineers integrating 4 current and all future subsidiaries into enterprise technologies, processes, and teams. They will have ownership of 14 broad technology platforms while each subsidiary is moving through the integration pipeline. The Associate Director, Infrastructure Architecture designs and develops IT infrastructure architecture solutions to business problems in alignment with the enterprise architecture direction and standards. The Associate Director, Infrastructure Architecture requires a solid understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across department(s). Home Health, OneHome, Conviva, & Trueshore and future acquisitions are integrating their infrastructure and platforms into the enterprise technologies, processes, and teams.In order to realize the desired future state for M&A Integrations, this leader must have broad technology exposure and depth.Their engineering team will have ownership of the following technology domains for subsidiaries: Distributed Compute Hardware, Hypervisor, Server OS, and Supporting Tooling Public Cloud IaaS and PaaS from all Hyperscalers Block, File, and Backup Storage Distributed Databases DNS & DHCP Microsoft Active Directory Public Key Infrastructure Infrastructure & Platform Monitoring Infrastructure & Platform Automation & Orchestration (IaC) The Associate Director, Infrastructure Architecture performs technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications. Develops specifications for new IT infrastructure products and service offerings. Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. Decisions are typically related to identifying and resolving complex technical and operational problems within department(s), and could lead multiple managers or highly specialized professional associates. This candidate will marry strategy to tactics through associates and multiple teams of contractors. Work at Home Requirements: To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is required; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested.
