Your Impact: Account Executives are individual contributors who play a vital role in driving a significant share of revenue for Splunk and Cisco . We are seeking a hardworking, driven, sales professional to drive revenue growth calling on large enterprise accounts. We provide our reps with an environment in which they can make valuable contributions from day one while also building opportunities for learning and growth. The work you’ll do will directly impact the experience of our customers. You will consistently deliver license, support, and service revenue targets - dedication to the number and deadlines. In addition, you will: Land, adopt, expand, and deepen sales opportunities. Explore the full spectrum of relationships and business possibilities across the client’s entire org chart. Become known as a thought-leader in machine learning and predictive analytics. Expand relationships and orchestrate complex deals across more diverse business stakeholders. Holistically embrace, access, and apply the channel to identify and open new, unchartered opportunities. Provide timely and informative input back to other corporate functions. Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years of direct sales experience selling enterprise software to large enterprises (required) in fast-growing, changing, and driven environments. Previous experience working with partners, channels, and alliances to sell more efficiently. Preferred Qualifications: Provides insight/feedback into dynamic data sources to ensure high-value prospecting, strategic outreach, and a strong forecast and pipeline. Experience withSubscription, SaaS, or Cloud Software. Achieved sales targets with prospects and customers in your defined territory. Leverages market insights, emerging technologies, and competitive analysis in customer-facing materials, demos etc. Uses broad and targeted discovery to uncover nuanced customer needs, and coordinate tailored solutions. Builds trust with customers by actively listening, providing relevant insights, and strengthening relationships with key organizational influencers. Engages with sales operations and finance teams to resolve deal-processing roadblocks before they impact revenue timelines. Actively collaborates with colleagues to solve customer challenges.
